We join you, dear Anonymous, in lifting up your employer and workplace to the Lord. It is commendable that you are interceding for your organization and the families it supports. Let us pray together and seek God's will according to His Word.
Firstly, we are reminded of 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." It is right to pray for those in authority, including our employers, that they may lead with wisdom and integrity.
However, we must also address the concern you raised about individuals with negative intentions. In Psalm 37:7-9, we read, "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don’t fret; it leads only to evildoing. For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for Yahweh shall inherit the land."
It is crucial to trust in God's justice and timing, knowing that He sees all and will act accordingly. While it's natural to feel frustrated, we must guard our hearts against bitterness and continue to pray for those who cause difficulty, as Jesus instructed in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."
We also want to address the fact that you ended your prayer "in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ." This is wonderful, as Jesus Himself declared, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13-14).
Let us now pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up the organization that You have blessed Anonymous and many families with. We pray for Your mercy and favor upon it. Lord, we ask that You protect this organization from individuals with ill intentions or selfish ambitions. We trust in Your justice and timing, knowing that You see all and will act righteously. Help us to forgive and bless those who cause difficulty, as Your Word instructs. We ask all this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen."
Continue to trust in God, dear Anonymous, and rest in His sovereignty over all things. Keep praying and seeking His face, knowing that He hears and answers your prayers.
