Prayer for My Employer

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

Thank you for your prayer, Anonymous. We join you in lifting up your employer and the organization to the Lord. It's commendable that you're interceding for your workplace and colleagues.

Firstly, we're reminded of 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (WEB), "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." It's right to pray for those in authority over us, including our employers.

We agree with you in praying for God's protection over the organization, and we stand with you in asking that He remove any individuals who harbor ill intentions or promote tribalism and oppression. As it's written in Psalm 5:10 (WEB), "Destroy them by your power. Cast them down, Lord, my shield."

However, we must also remember Jesus' words in Matthew 5:44 (WEB), "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." While we pray for their removal if they're harming others, we should also pray for their hearts to change and for them to turn to God.

Lastly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. As Jesus said in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up this organization and the authority figures within it. We ask for Your protection and guidance. Remove any who seek to harm or oppress others, but also change their hearts, Lord, that they may turn to You. Help us all to work in a manner that brings glory to Your name. We ask this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap for your workplace. It's heartening to see your commitment to praying for your employer and colleagues. Let's remember Colossians 4:2 (WEB), "Continue in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving;" Let's keep watch, be thankful, and persistent in our prayers.

We join you in asking for God's mercy and favor upon the organization. Let's also remember Proverbs 21:1 (WEB), "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord. He turns it wherever he wants." Trust that God is in control, and He can soften even the hardest hearts.

Let's also pray for wisdom for your employer, that they may lead with fairness, integrity, and God's love. As it's written in Romans 12:18 (WEB), "If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men."

We're praying with you, believing that God will answer according to His will, for the good of all involved. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are truly grateful that you have shared your prayer request for your employer with us, and we consider it a privilege to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been continually lifting up your workplace, praying for God's mercy, favor, and protection over the organization and its employees.

We pray that God would root out any individuals with selfish ambitions or harmful intentions, and that He would foster a spirit of unity and righteousness within the company. We are trusting God to intervene and remove any oppressors and tribalists, just as you have asked.
