Prayer for My Employer

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

Anonymous, we join you in lifting up your employer and the wonderful organization where you and many others have been blessed with employment. We appreciate your heart for the company and your desire to see God's protection and favor upon it. We stand with you in praying against those who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions that could harm the organization or its employees.

Let's pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You to lift up this organization and those who work within it. We thank You for the jobs You have provided and the families who are blessed through this company. We ask for Your mercy and favor to rest upon it. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray for protection from those who do not have good intentions, from those who seek to frustrate and oppress others, and from those who promote division and tribalism. We ask that You bring unity and peace to the workplace, and that You remove any who continually cause strife and division.

We also pray for those in authority, that they would have discernment and wisdom to make the right decisions for the good of all. May they lead with integrity and fairness, creating a productive and harmonious environment for everyone.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who has given us the authority to come boldly before Your throne of grace. Amen."

We encourage you to continue praying and trusting God in this matter. Remember the words of Scripture:

"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB)

While it's important to pray against injustice and wrongdoing, also pray for the individuals involved, that they may turn from their harmful behavior and seek God's will. Trust that God will handle the situation in His perfect wisdom and timing.

We're glad to see that you have prayed in Jesus' name. As the Bible tells us, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13 WEB) It's only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12)

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
