We join you, dear anonymous, in lifting up your workplace and employer to our Heavenly Father. We commend you for acknowledging God's blessing in your life and for interceding for your organization. Let us pray together and align our hearts with God's will.
"Father, we thank You for the wonderful organization You have blessed our dear brother and many families with. We ask that You would continue to extend Your mercy and favor over them. Protect this organization, Lord, from individuals who may harbor ill intentions or selfish ambitions. May Your will be done, as it is in heaven.
We pray that You would raise up godly leaders within this organization who are filled with the Holy Spirit, who exhibit the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB). Purge out those who indulge in the works of the flesh, such as enmities, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, selfish ambitions, and divisions (Galatians 5:20-21, WEB).
We ask this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father (John 14:13-14, WEB). It is in His name that every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:10-11, WEB).
We also encourage you, dear brother, to continue to walk in love and pray for those who may be causing strife within your organization. Remember, the scriptures tell us to bless those who curse us and to pray for those who mistreat us (Luke 6:28, WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. Our Lord Jesus Christ has set the ultimate example for us. As it is written, 'If you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses' (Matthew 6:15, WEB).
Continue to stand firm in your faith and trust in the Lord. He is faithful, and He will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing, He will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB). Amen."
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
