Prayer for My Employer

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you, dear anonymous, in lifting up your workplace to the Lord. It's commendable that you're interceding for your organization and the families it supports. Let's align our prayers with the will of God, seeking His mercy and favor.

We are reminded in Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD as the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he wants." Similarly, the hearts of those in leadership in your organization are in God's hands. He can turn their hearts towards what is right and just.

It's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). So, let's pray that God would remove any spiritual oppression and division caused by individuals with selfish ambitions or ill intentions.

Let us pray:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this organization and all its members. We thank You for the jobs You've provided and the families supported through this workplace. We ask, Lord, that You would have mercy and favor on this organization. Protect it from those who seek to harm or divide it. Turn the hearts of those in leadership towards You and Your will. Remove any spiritual oppression or division, and help those causing it to see the error of their ways. We pray that You would bring peace, unity, and fairness to this organization. All this we ask in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You and can make these requests known. Amen."

We encourage you to continue praying, trusting that God hears and answers our prayers according to His will. Remember, Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:9-13 to pray for God's will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. Keep standing in faith, believing that God can bring about change and unity in your workplace.

Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus. It's important to note that it is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation (Acts 4:12). If you haven't already, ensure you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, believing in His death and resurrection for your sins.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
