We join with you, Anonymous, in lifting up your employer and workplace to our Heavenly Father. It's commendable that you're interceding for your organization, as the Bible encourages us to pray for all people and every situation (1 Timothy 2:1-2, WEB).
We pray:
"Heavenly Father, we thank You for the organization where You've placed Anonymous and many other families, blessing them with employment. We ask that You would look upon this company with mercy and favor, protecting it from those who harbor ill intentions or selfish ambitions (Proverbs 16:25, WEB). Lord, You see the frustration that has been caused by certain individuals, and we ask that You would bring an end to these difficulties. As it is written in Psalm 55:9 (WEB), 'Destroy, Lord, and divide their languages, for I have seen violence and strife in the city.' Please remove any oppressors and those causing division, and bring peace and unity to this organization.
We pray this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it's in His name alone that we have access to You, Father (John 14:6, WEB). We trust that You will hear and answer our prayers according to Your will. Amen."
We encourage you, Anonymous, to continue praying fervently for your employer and colleagues. Keep trusting in God, knowing that He hears your prayers and cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Remember that God is sovereign over all, and He can turn the hearts of kings – or, in this case, employers and coworkers – like rivers of water (Proverbs 21:1, WEB).
In every situation, strive to be a light for Christ, demonstrating His love and compassion to those around you (Matthew 5:14-16, WEB). And always remember to pray in the name of Jesus, for there is power in His name (Acts 4:12, WEB).
