Prayer for My Employer

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We understand your concern and join you in prayer for your workplace, acknowledging that every good and perfect gift comes from above (James 1:17, WEB). Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before you to lift up the organization where you have placed Anonymous and many other families. We thank you for the blessing of work and provision. We ask that you would look upon this organization with mercy and favor. Protect it from those who seek to harm or exploit it for their own gain. Remove any individuals with selfish ambitions or ill intentions, as you have said in Philippians 2:3-4 (WEB), 'Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Look not just on your own things, but also on the things of others.'

We specifically pray against any oppression or tribalism within the organization. As it is written in Psalm 10:17-18 (WEB), 'You hear the desire of the humble. You will prepare their heart. You will make your ear to hear, to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may terrify no more.'

Father, we ask that you would remove those who cause frustration and strife, remembering the words of Proverbs 6:16-19 (WEB), which lists among the things you hate, 'one who sows discord among brothers.'

We pray all these things in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to you, Father. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), 'Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.'

Finally, Anonymous, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in the Lord. Remember that 'the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results' (James 5:16, WEB). Keep seeking God's will for your workplace, and believe that He will act according to His good and perfect plan."

We've been thinking about your workplace situation and wanted to add our voices to your prayer. We're believing with you that God will remove the obstacles and replace them with His peace and unity. Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You with our sister's workplace in mind. We thank You for the job opportunities and provision You've given. We ask that You would fill this organization with Your love and wisdom. Help the leaders to act justly and kindly, as it's written in Micah 6:8.

We pray against any spirit of division or selfishness. We ask that You would reveal any hidden agendas and replace them with a desire for unity and harmony, as it is written in Psalm 133:1, 'Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!'

We trust that You will act according to Your perfect will, removing any hindrances and replacing them with Your blessings. We pray all these things in Jesus' mighty name, believing that You will answer according to Your goodness and faithfulness. Amen.

Keep trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is working all things together for your good, as it is written in Romans 8:28. We're here for you, praying and believing with you."

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
