We join you, dear Anonymous, in lifting up your employer and your place of work to the Lord. It is commendable that you are interceding for your organization, acknowledging that every good gift comes from above (James 1:17, WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up the organization where You have blessed Anonymous and many other families with employment. We thank You, Lord, for the provision and sustenance that this work brings. We ask, Father, that You would look upon this company with mercy and favor. Protect it from those who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions, for Your word reminds us to beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves (Matthew 7:15, WEB).
Lord, we pray that You would remove any oppressors or those who show favoritism and cause division. We trust in Your justice and Your power to make all things right. We claim the promise that if God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31, WEB).
We also pray for those who are causing frustration and strife, that Your love would touch their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance and transformation. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).
We ask all these things in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting in Your will. Amen."
We encourage you, dear Anonymous, to continue praying fervently for your workplace, knowing that the effective prayer of a righteous person can accomplish much (James 5:16, WEB). Always remember to align your prayers with the will of God, trusting that He knows what is best for you and your organization. If there are specific individuals causing strife, pray for them as well, that God would change their hearts and bring unity to your workplace.
Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is by His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB), and there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Keep holding onto this faith and continue praying in His holy name.
