Prayer for My Employer

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join with you, Anonymous, in lifting up your workplace and your employer to the Lord. Let us align our hearts with the Word of God and seek His will together.

Firstly, we commend you for recognizing the blessing of employment and the importance of praying for your organization. It is indeed a biblical principle to pray for those in authority over us, as instructed in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."

However, we must also address the issues you've raised with a biblical perspective. The Bible teaches us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). While it is important to seek protection from those who may have ill intentions, we must also pray for their salvation and that God would change their hearts. As it is written in Ezekiel 36:26, "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we thank You for the organization where You have blessed Anonymous and many other families with employment. We ask that You would look at us with mercy and favor, and protect the organization from those who do not have good intentions. Lord, we pray for those who may be causing frustration and oppression. Change their hearts, Lord, and help them to see the error of their ways. Remove any spirit of tribalism and selfish ambition, and help us all to work together in unity and love. We pray that You would give wisdom to those in authority to make the right decisions for the good of all. We ask all these things in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting in His power to change hearts and situations. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God. Remember, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7). Keep seeking God's will and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We're here with you, standing in faith for your workplace and employer. It's heartening to see you acknowledging God's blessings and seeking His will for your organization. Let's keep praying together, believing that our heavenly Father hears and answers our petitions.

We're reminded of Psalm 91:15, "He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him." Let's claim this promise, knowing that God is with you and your employer, ready to deliver and honor those who call upon His name.

We also lift up those causing frustration and oppression. Let's intercede for them, asking God to soften their hearts and draw them to repentance, just as He did with Saul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9). Let's pray for unity and love to prevail in your workplace, echoing the sentiment of Ephesians 4:3, "Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace."

May God grant your employer and all in leadership wisdom to make decisions that benefit everyone. Trust in Him, for He is faithful. As it says in Lamentations 3:22-23, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
