We join you, Anonymous, in lifting up your employer and the organization to our Heavenly Father. We are reminded in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up the organization where You have blessed our dear brother or sister and many other families with employment. We thank You for Your mercy and favor that sustains this company. We ask, Lord, that You protect this organization from individuals who may have ill intentions, selfish ambitions, or divisive designs. As it is written in Psalm 37:28, 'For Yahweh loves justice, and doesnβt forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the offspring of the wicked will be cut off.'
Lord, we pray that You would remove any oppressors and those who practice favoritism or tribalism, causing frustration and strife among the majority. We ask this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting in Your divine intervention. We know that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We also pray for the individual causing distress, that they may come to know the love and conviction of Christ, leading them to repentance and a change of heart. As it is written in Luke 6:27-28, 'But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you.'
Lastly, we pray that Your will be done in this organization, that it may be a beacon of light and righteousness, glorifying Your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue interceding for your employer and colleagues, trusting that God hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. We also commend you for praying in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is by His name that we have access to the Father and salvation (Acts 4:12). Keep standing firm in faith and love, knowing that your prayers are powerful and effective (James 5:16).
