Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We join you in prayer, asking God to intervene in this situation according to His will.
Let us first remember what the Scripture says about those in authority and our attitude towards them: Romans 13:1-2 (WEB) states, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore, he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive judgment on themselves." We should pray for those in authority over us, including our employers, that they would lead with wisdom and integrity.
However, it is clear from your request that there are individuals causing harm and frustration within your organization. We should pray for their hearts to change, and if they refuse, for God to remove their influence. As it is written in Psalm 5:10 (WEB), "Destroy them by your faithfulness, Yahweh."
Let us pray:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up this organization and all those involved. We thank You for the jobs You have provided and ask for Your continued favor and protection. Lord, we ask that You would soften or remove the hearts of those who have ill intentions, those who are causing frustration and oppression. We pray that theirown selfish ambitions would not prosper, but that Your will would be done. We claim Your promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), that all things work together for good to those who love You, to those who are called according to Your purpose.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is in His name that we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. If you ever have the opportunity, share the love of Christ with your colleagues, as it is His love that transforms hearts and lives. Keep standing firm in faith and trusting in the Lord.
