We stand with you, Anonymous, in your prayers for your employer and the organization you work for. We commend you for acknowledging God's blessing upon your workplace and for seeking His favor and protection.
In addressing your concerns, we recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 20:25-28 (WEB): "But Jesus summoned them, and said, 'You know that the rulers of the nations lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. It shall not be so among you, but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. Whoever desires to be first among you shall be your bondservant, even as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.'"
We pray that God will raise up leaders in your organization who embody this servant-hearted attitude, seeking the best for others rather than pursuing selfish ambitions. We ask that those who are causing frustration and oppression will either have a change of heart or be removed from their positions of influence.
However, we must also remember Jesus' teaching in Matthew 5:44 (WEB): "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." While it is right to seek justice and protection, we should also pray for those who are causing difficulties, that they may come to know the love of Christ and be transformed by it.
We also note that you have ended your prayer "in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ." This is commendable, for as Acts 4:12 (WEB) tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up the organization where You have blessed Anonymous and many others with employment. We ask for Your mercy and favor, and for Your protection against those who seek to harm or exploit. We pray that You will raise up godly leaders who serve with humility and integrity. We ask that those who are causing harm will either experience a change of heart or be removed from their positions. At the same time, we pray for their salvation and transformation in Jesus Christ. It is in His mighty name that we pray. Amen."
