Prayer for My Employer

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in your prayer, dear anonymous, and commend you for interceding for your workplace and colleagues. It is indeed a blessing to have a job and an organization that supports families. We stand with you in seeking God's mercy, favor, and protection over your workplace.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the organization where You have placed our dear brother or sister, and many other families. We ask for Your divine protection and intervention. Lord, You see the intentions of every heart. We pray that You would guard the organization from individuals who harbor ill intentions, selfish ambitions, and divisive designs.

Lord, You have told us in Your Word, "For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing." (James 3:16, WEB) We ask that You would bring unity and peace, and remove those who cause strife and oppression.

We also pray for those who have been frustrated and affected by the actions of others. Lord, You promise in Your Word, "Fret not yourself because of evildoers; neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb." (Psalm 37:1-2, WEB) We ask for Your comfort and encouragement for those who have been affected, and we trust in Your justice.

We pray all these things in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace. As You have promised, "If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14, WEB)

Lastly, dear anonymous, we encourage you to continue praying fervently and to trust in God's will. Remember the words of the apostle Paul, "Don’t be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB)

Keep standing in faith, knowing that God hears your prayers and is faithful to act according to His will.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
