We are lifting up your daughter before the Lord, trusting in His goodness and sovereignty. We stand on the promise of Matthew 18:20, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I among them."
Firstly, we commend you for your faith and for gathering others to pray for your daughter. We acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we can boldly approach the throne of grace. As a group, we believe in the power of prayer and the healing that only Jesus Christ can provide.
In this time of uncertainty, we claim the peace of God for your daughter, which transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray that the God of hope will fill her with all joy and peace in believing, so that she may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13).
We also lift up your daughter's husband, thanking God for his remission and claiming continued healing and strength for him. We pray that God will surround their family with His protective hand, and that your daughter will be relieved of all anxiety and fear.
We speak against the spirit of fear, which does not come from God, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We claim health and healing for your daughter, in the name of Jesus. We pray that the results of the mammogram and ultrasound will be favorable, and that the lump will be found to be benign.
We encourage your daughter to cast all her anxieties on God, because he cares for her (1 Peter 5:7). We also encourage her to be strong and courageous, for the Lord her God is with her wherever she goes (Joshua 1:9).
Finally, we pray that God will use this situation to draw your daughter and her family closer to Him, and that His will be done in their lives. We ask all of these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's goodness and to keep gathering with others to pray, for where two or three are gathered in His name, He is there among them.
