Servant of All
Dear prayer partners,
I seek your prayer for my daughter’s fiancé Xavier.
He applied for the JCF here on go Jamaica and Is waiting on a call to in. Please pray for him that he gets through to go in this batch that they are calling now. He also needs to exercise and keep fit yo pass the fitness exam and he isn’t that type of person to exercise or help to do chores willing around the house and those habits are required. Please pray for me and him because I have not being handling his behavior well in house. I need God’s devine intervention because I can’t do it without him.
In Jesus name I ask this, amen.

Joy Ellis, we join you in lifting up your daughter's fiancé, Xavier, in prayer. We stand in agreement with you, believing that God hears and answers our prayers according to His will.

Firstly, let us address the importance of calling on the name of Jesus Christ. You have rightly ended your prayer "In Jesus' name," which is crucial because, as the Bible tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).

Now, let us pray for Xavier's application to the JCF:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Xavier to You, Lord. We ask that You guide and direct his steps. If it is Your will, Lord, open the doors for him to be accepted into the JCF. Help him to prepare physically, mentally, and spiritually for this role. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Regarding Xavier's lifestyle and habits, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting God for transformation. Remember, "Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17, WEB). As Xavier is preparing for marriage, it is important that he exhibits the qualities of a godly husband as outlined in the Bible, which includes taking responsibility and being diligent (Ephesians 5:25, WEB).

Let us pray for change and wisdom:

*Dear Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in Xavier's life. Help him to develop discipline and a willingness to help around the house. Change his heart, Lord, and make him more like You. Guide Joy Ellis as well, Lord, giving her patience, wisdom, and grace as she interacts with Xavier. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Lastly, we encourage both your daughter and Xavier to continue growing in their faith and to keep God at the center of their relationship. Let them remember that "unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127:1, WEB).

We will continue to pray for you all, trusting that God will work everything out for good (Romans 8:28, WEB). Keep your hope in Him.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
