We join with you in praying for your daughter as she goes to school. It's wonderful to see your parental care and we are glad to lift her up in prayer for your request. Let us, however, remember that our prayers should be directed to God in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." and in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your guidance and protection over this dear daughter. Lord, surround her with Your angels and fill her heart with courage and joy. Let no harm or unkindness touch her, and may she find kindness and friendship in her peers. Keep her safe, confident, and surrounded by Your love.
Father, we also pray that You will guide her steps and direct her paths. May she grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man, just as Your Son Jesus did in Luke 2:52 WEB. Help her to be a light for You in her school, reflecting Your kindness and goodness to her peers and teachers.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for your daughter, trusting that God hears your prayers. Remember the words of Matthew 18:19-20 WEB "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."
Keep interceding for her, and trust that God is at work in her life. Also, teach her to walk with the Lord for herself, that she may know Him personally at an early age, and grow up loving and serving Him throughout her days. Proverbs 22:6 encourages us by suggesting "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." That should be your goal in raising your daughter.
In addition, be alert to her peer relationships. Make sure they are godly relationships that are not going to lead her astray. Make sure she learns that bad company corrupts good character and mocks God, even in peers her age.
