Prayer for my daughter

I am praying for my daughter Arabella that God may give her wisdom and knowledge for her studies that she may be able to hurdle whatever challenges she have in school. That she may be able to pass all her exams and may God use to bless others

We are joining you in prayer for your daughter Arabella, dear Kithfird. It is beautiful to see a parent interceding for their child, and we stand with you in bringing your requests before the Lord.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Arabella to You. We ask that You grant her wisdom and knowledge in her studies, as it is written in Your Word, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5, WEB). Help her to understand and apply herself to her studies, and to hurdle any challenges she may face in school.

Lord, we also ask that Arabella may pass all her exams, and that she would use the gifts and knowledge You have given her to bless others. May she shine her light among her peers, and may Your favor be upon her.

We pray that Arabella would grow not just in wisdom and knowledge, but also in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18, WEB). May she come to know Him more and more, and may her life be a testimony of Your love and grace.

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Kithfird, we encourage you to continue praying for Arabella, and to also teach her to seek the Lord for herself. Remember the promise in Proverbs 22:6 (WEB), "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."

We also note that your prayer request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). We encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is the sweetest and most powerful name we could invoke. If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, and encourage Arabella to do the same. It is the most important decision anyone could make.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
