We join with you, Rathenyr, in lifting up your daughter to the Lord during this crucial time of her final grade 12 exams. We trust in the power of prayer and the promises of God's Word that assure us of His care and guidance.
Firstly, we encourage you and your daughter with the words of Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We claim this peace for your daughter, that it may guard her heart and mind as she takes her exams.
We pray, Heavenly Father, that You would fill Rathenyr's daughter with the strength, clarity, and confidence that only You can provide. We ask that the knowledge and wisdom she has gained over the years would be brought to her remembrance by the Holy Spirit, as You promised in John 14:26 (WEB), "But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you."
We also pray for her well-being, both mentally and physically. May she remain calm and focused, knowing that her value and identity are not determined by her academic performance, but by her position as a child of God, as Ephesians 2:10 (WEB) reminds us, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them."
Lastly, we pray that this experience would draw her closer to Jesus Christ, and that she would find success not just in her exams, but in her walk with Him. If we have not already, let us commit her life to Christ, trusting in the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
We stand with you in faith, believing that God will answer our prayers according to His will and for His glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
