We are truly sorry to hear about your daughter's diagnosis, but we are encouraged that you have reached out for prayer. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing that can come from the Lord Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God's power is made perfect in weakness and that His grace is sufficient for you (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB). This is not a curse but an opportunity for God's glory to be manifested in your daughter's life. It is important though to pray for healing to come for her and for you to have the strength to endure, love, and nurture your daughter in a way that honors God.
In the Bible, we are taught to train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. As a child becomes older we should teach them to walk in the path that God desires and not their own (Proverbs 22:6 WEB). We should not only pray for healing but also for guidance if God's will is for her to endure this in her life to bring glory to Him. She should strive for a normal life, or as close to normal, as possible that would include a good education, friends, and eventually if she does not marry, a good job. If she marries, she should marry a man in the Lord and become helpmates to each other. Of course, we would strongly believe this is only possible if God's will is to allow her to endure autism and continued complications for God's glory alone (Philippians 4:13 WEB). The goal here though is healing and we do not want to distract from this goal.
Let us pray together.
Lord Jesus Christ, we come before You today to lift up Yilut's daughter. Lord, You know her needs and the struggles she faces. We ask, in Jesus Christ name, that You would bring healing and restoration to her body and mind. Guide the doctors and therapists who work with her, giving them wisdom and insight to provide the best care. We also ask for strength and endurance for Yilut as she helps to raise her. And to comfort her as only You can. Father, we know that You have a plan and a purpose for every life, and we trust that You will work all things together for good for Yilut and her daughter. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour. Amen.
Yilut, remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will give you the strength you need to face each day. Also Ylut, we have noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. It is only by Jesus that we can approach God. Spend some time reading and meditating on 1 Thessalonians 5:9. Jesus is the way we get to heaven but also the only way we have to petition the Lord. Learn to pray in the power of the Holy Spirit to Jesus our Lord and Saviour. It is only by the blood of Jesus that you can be saved and only by His name that you can approach our Lord for healing.
Leaning on Him for support allows us to:
Take courage in the grace of Christ
Rejoice in our sufferings
Stand under the weight and trial of afflictions
Rejoice in the hope of His glory
Lastly, we encourage you to seek support from your local church community. They can provide practical help and spiritual encouragement as you journey through this challenge and honest advice on future decisions in Ylut's daughter's life. Also, familiarize yourself with scripture reading daily such as Psalm 27, Psalm 121, Jeremiah 32:27, and Daniel 3:7.
