We understand your concern for your daughter and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention in her workplace situation. Let us remember the words of Psalm 55:22, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved daughter who is facing emotional attacks in her workplace. Lord, You see her pain and the injustice she is facing. We ask for Your divine protection over her emotions and her heart. Strengthen her with Your mighty power according to Your glorious riches, so that she may stand firm against these attacks (Ephesians 6:10).
Lord, we also pray for her seniors, that You would soften their hearts and convict them of their wrongdoings. May they turn from their harmful ways and seek Your forgiveness. We ask that You would bring peace and unity to their workplace, as it is Your will for us to live in harmony with one another (Romans 12:18).
Father, we ask that You would guide our daughter's steps and provide her with wisdom and discernment in handling this situation. May she find favor in Your sight and in the sight of her superiors. We trust that You will work all things together for her good, because she loves You and is called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage your daughter to remain steadfast in her faith and to trust in the Lord's protection and guidance. Remind her of the words of Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
We also urge you and your daughter to examine your hearts and ensure that you are both right with God. If there is any unconfessed sin or bitterness, we encourage you to repent and seek forgiveness, so that your prayers may not be hindered (Psalm 66:18).
Lastly, we want to ensure that you have placed your trust in Jesus Christ for your salvation. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. If you have not yet accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. "Because there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
