We are truly sorry to hear about the trial that your daughter is facing, and we are here to intercede and pray with you. We trust that God, who is the Judge of all the earth, will do what is right (Genesis 18:25).
Firstly, we want to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we should pray that the Lord would bring conviction to your daughter's ex and any others involved in the lies, so that they may repent and turn from their wicked ways. As it is written, "For godly sorrow works repentance to salvation" (2 Corinthians 7:10).
We also pray that the judge presiding over the case would be discerning and wise, that they would see through the deceit and administer justice fairly. We know that God can turn the heart of a king like a channel of water in His hand (Proverbs 21:1), so we trust that He can influence the judge's heart to make a righteous decision. Make sure you understand that justice is God's goal and not just necessarily being acquitted.
Let us pray together in Jesus' name:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister Wilald's daughter and the court case she is facing. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice, and we ask that You would be present in the courtroom, exposing lies and bringing truth to light. We pray for conviction to fall upon those who are bearing false witness, that they would repent and turn from their sin. We also pray for the judge, that You would grant them wisdom and discernment to see through the deceit and administer justice fairly. Be the protector of Wilald's daughter. We ask for this in Jesus Christ's name, our Lord and Savior. As it is by faith in His name we have access to you and have hope for a righteous outcome. Praise be to God and God Alone.
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach the throne of Grace and it is through His name that we only can find everlasting life and our path to God as Christians. "“For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."
