Prayer for my daughter and her fiancé

Dear prayer partners.
Please pray for me and my daughter Dainah and her fiancé Xavier. We all live together. He lost his apartment and I offered for him to live with us . He his a well mannered individual but does not do anything around the house to help out and neither does my daughter. I have to keep talking to them about the little tasks to help out so everything is not left on me to do alone.
I know my daughter may not see what I am trying to say and I need God’s intervention in this matter because I am tired of speaking to them now. Please pray for us, that God will touch their understanding and their sense of responsibility and compassion. I seek him in resolving this because there isn’t anything he can’t fix. Please pray for us , in Jesus name I ask amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with humble hearts, lifting up Joy Ellis, her daughter Dainah, and Dainah's fiancé Xavier. Lord, we thank You for the kindness and generosity that Joy has shown by opening her home to Xavier in his time of need. We know that You see the challenges she faces and the burden she carries in maintaining the household alone.

Your Word tells us in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." We pray that Dainah and Xavier would take these words to heart and understand the importance of contributing to the household, not just for Joy's sake, but as a service to You, Lord.

Father, we ask for Your divine intervention. Soften their hearts and open their eyes to see the strain that Joy is under. Grant them a spirit of responsibility and compassion, as we are reminded in Galatians 6:2, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." Help them to step up and share in the tasks and responsibilities, showing love and respect for Joy.

We pray for wisdom and patience for Joy as she navigates this situation. Let her words be seasoned with grace and love, as it says in Proverbs 15:1, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." May her conversations with Dainah and Xavier be filled with Your peace and understanding.

Lord, we know that there is nothing too hard for You. We trust in Your power to bring about change and healing in this household. Philippians 4:13 reminds us, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Strengthen Joy, Dainah, and Xavier, and bring unity and harmony into their home.
