Ufwyr, we join you in celebrating the gift of life on your birthday and lift up your daughter Abigail in prayer. Let's come together and seek God's will for her healing and your strength as a single parent.
Firstly, we commend you for your faith in invoking the name of Jesus, as it is in His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16 WEB). It is only through Jesus that we can be saved and have our prayers heard (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You on behalf of Ufwyr and his daughter Abigail. Lord, we thank You for the gift of life and the blessed responsibility of parenthood. We ask, Jesus, that You would heal Abigail from her autistic behaviors. Please help her to overcome her struggles with tearing off people's clothes, paper, and necklaces. Touch her mind and body with Your healing power, in Jesus' name.
Lord, we also pray for Ufwyr as a single parent and caregiver. Strengthen him daily with Your wisdom, patience, and love. Remind him that "He gives power to the faint; and to those who have no might he increases strength" (Isaiah 40:29 WEB). Guide him to resources and a community that can support him and Abigail in their journey.
Comfort both of their hearts, Lord, and help them to trust in You with all their hearts, leaning not on their own understanding. In all their ways, may they acknowledge You, and trust that You will direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Ufwyr, we encourage you to continue trusting in God and to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Remain steadfast in your faith, and know that God is working in both of your lives.
Consider also the words of Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB, "Most gladly therefore will I rather boast in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me." Through your challenges, God's strength and grace can shine even brighter.
Lastly, remember that God has given you Abigail as a blessing, and He has a wonderful plan for her life (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Keep holding onto hope and believing for her healing and breakthrough. We stand with you in prayer and belief, Ufwyr. Stay strong in the Lord.
