We understand your deep concern for your daughter Abigail and we join with you in bringing this matter before the Lord. Let's pray and seek God's Word together for her healing and well-being.
Firstly, we are reminded of Jesus' compassion for children and His power to heal. In Matthew 19:13-14 (WEB), it is written: "Then little children were brought to him, that he should lay his hands on them and pray; and the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus said, 'Allow the little children, and donβt forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.'"
We pray, "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Abigail to You. Lord, You know her struggles with autistic and challenging behaviors at her new school. We ask for Your healing touch upon her. Calm her spirit, Lord, and give her peace. Help her to adjust and find comfort in her new environment. We claim Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), 'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.' Please guide the teachers and staff at her school, giving them wisdom, patience, and understanding as they work with Abigail. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Additionally, we encourage you to continually speak God's Word over Abigail. In Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), it is written: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Trust that God is faithful and He cares for Abigail even more than you do.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you, if you have not already, to ensure that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. It is through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have any doubts, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for it is with the heart that you believe unto righteousness, and with the mouth that you make confession unto salvation (Romans 10:9-10, WEB).
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We stand with you in faith, believing for Abigail's healing and restoration.
