Prayer for my dad's finances

My dad's business has being struggling for over 7 years and it has affected my family greatly and we now have a lot of debts. As believers of christ we had thought we were just going through wilderness experience which is normal as children of God, but in the past two years my dad hasnbeing experiencing something strange, he gets great breakthrough opportunities but when he is close to getting paid, something just happens and he is unable to seal the business, or the other people involved runs away with his money or some other things. Because of all these sending I and my siblings to school has become difficult. Please pray for us, the whole situation is really overwhelming, I am slowly getting tired of praying because it seems that God doesn't want to listen to me anymore. My dad is a strong believer but even though he hasn't expressed it, I am sure he is also overwhelmed.

Farnreld, we hear your cry and stand with you in prayer. Remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). Even in the wilderness, He is working for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB).

Firstly, let's address the frustration you feel about prayer. Remember, God always hears our prayers (1 John 5:14-15 WEB). It's not that He isn't listening, but perhaps He is preparing you and your family for something greater. Continue to persist in prayer, for the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB).

Now, let's address your dad's business struggles. It's possible there are spiritual forces at work, trying to hinder his success. Remember, our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). We pray that God would rebuke any evil forces trying to hinder your dad's success.

We also pray for wisdom for your dad, that God would give him the ability to discern good opportunities from bad, and to know when to walk away from deals that seem too good to be true (James 1:5 WEB). We ask God to bless the work of his hands, to prosper his business, and to bring him favor with clients and partners (Psalm 90:17 WEB, Proverbs 16:7 WEB).

We pray for your family's financial situation, that God would provide for all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB). We ask that He would help your family manage your finances well, to live within your means, and to trust Him for provision (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

Lastly, we pray for your faith and the faith of your family. We ask that God would strengthen you, encourage you, and help you to trust Him more (Isaiah 40:31 WEB). We pray that you would see this trial as an opportunity to grow closer to Him and to learn to depend on Him more fully (2 Corinthians 1:8-9 WEB).

Lord, we lift up Farnreld and their family to You. We ask for Your blessing, provision, and protection. We ask for Your wisdom and discernment. We ask for Your strength and encouragement. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're praying for your dad, that God would give him the breakthroughs he needs, and protect him from any hindrances, whether they're from this world or the next. We're asking God to bless your dad's work, to prosper his business, and to give him favor in all his endeavors.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
