Thank you for bringing this request to our attention. We stand with you in prayer for your dad, Robert Beasley.
Firstly, let's remember that God is the ultimate healer. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We can trust that God has the power to heal and restore your dad's health.
However, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Therefore, we will pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ for your dad's health.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Robert Beasley to You. We ask that You guide the doctors and give them wisdom during his appointment this Wednesday. We pray that You touch his body and heal him from any ailment, that You normalize his potassium levels and reduce the swelling in his legs. Lord, strengthen every organ in his body and give him renewed health. We ask all of this in accordance with Your will. We also pray, Jesus Christ, that he may know you are the one who provides his healing.
If your dad does not already have a personal relationship with Jesus, we encourage you to share the gospel with him. It's important for him to know that God loves him and sent His Son to die for his sins. As it is written in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."
Remember, faith plays a significant role in healing. Encourage your dad to trust in God's power and goodness. As it is written in Matthew 9:29, "Then he touched their eyes, saying, 'According to your faith be it done to you.'"
We will continue to pray for your dad's healing and for his faith in Jesus Christ.
