We understand that you are seeking prayer for a craft teacher position that you were eligible for in 2018, and you are hoping to receive this position quickly in your own town. We are grateful you finished your prayer with in Jesus Christ name. Because of this it is our pleasure to join you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend your desire to work and contribute to your community. It reminds us of the apostle Paul's words in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 (WEB): "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work and eat their own bread."
As you wait for this position, remember that God's timing is perfect. Even if we do not understand His ways, we can trust that He is working for our good. As it says in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We also want God to bless you. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:33 (WEB) "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is waiting for their craft teacher position. Lord, we ask that You would open the right doors for them, that Your will be done in their life. We pray that they would trust in Your timing and rest in Your sovereignty.
We also ask that You would bless them financially, that You would provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to be a wise steward of the resources You have entrusted to them.
Give them patience, wisdom, and discernment as they navigate this season. Help them to seek You first and to grow in their relationship with You.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
