Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Usha rani and her long-standing request for the craft teacher post. Lord, You know the desires of her heart and the wait has been long. We pray for Your will to be done in this situation. If it is Your plan for her to have this position, we ask that You open the doors and remove any obstacles that may be hindering the process. Give her favor in the eyes of the decision-makers and let Your divine intervention be evident.

In the meantime, Lord, help Usha rani to trust in Your timing and to rest in Your sovereignty. May our wonder working Lord use this waiting period to draw her closer to You and to strengthen her faith. Help her to be responsible for what she needs to demonstrate for the post, working as if working for the Lord. [Col 3;23] And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.

We ask for Your peace and patience to fill her heart as she continues to wait. May she be inspired to use and continue her talents of crafts for Your glory, be that in an official post or independent of one. And to Usha, may you always strive for excellence in your craft.
