Guide the hearts of the decision-makers, and if it is not Your will for this position, redirect ###'s path according to Your purpose. Spend this period to guide ### into sanctification. Give ### strength to endure the situation and peace in this time of waiting. Renew ###'s spirit through Your Word. Thank you Jesus for salvation through your atonement. Lord, let ### seek their happiness and satisfaction in Jesus' name. Hear ###'s heart's cry, O Lord, and answer ###' prayer according to Your will in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all things. In Psa 32:8 WEB it states "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go: I will counsel you with my eye on you." If it is God's will for you to have this position, trust that He will grant it to you. If not, trust that He has a better plan for you. Stay in His will through following the leading of the Holy Spirit.
