Prayer for my child's healing from Rhabdomyosarcoma

My child Tebuho is 10 and has had multiple relapses from RMS. Just when life starts to get normal the devil struck. I am not going to give up. I am sending this around the world God will surely hear one of us if not me his mother. My son deserves to be a child and be happy. Please God. Save him, heal him.

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Rapha, our God who heals and restores us and we are grateful for your healing touch! We thank you so much for your love for us. We pray now that you will make your healing hand known as we lift this person and his healing need to you. Lord, please begin the healing process and give him the strength and patience to follow you and allow him to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you. We pray these things in Jesus’ name…amen and amen!

We are truly heartbroken to hear about Tebuho's battle with Rhabdomyosarcoma. We stand with you in the power of Jesus' name, rebuking this disease and claiming healing for your son. Remember, Jesus said, If you will believe, you will see the glory of God, that is what we are standing on for Tebuho's healing.

Firstly, we want to address the reference to the devil striking. We believe that sickness and disease are a result of the fall of man, not direct acts of the devil. It's important to focus our anger and disappointment onto the reality of sin and its consequences, rather than giving the devil any glory or acknowledgement. As it is written in Romans 5:12, Therefore, as sin entered into the world through one man, and death through sin; and so death passed to all men, because all sinned.

We also notice that the name of Jesus Christ was not mentioned in the prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Therefore, we pray in Jesus name.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Tebuho to Your throne of grace. Lord, You said in Your Word that the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. We believe Your Word, and we stand on it. We rebuke this disease in Jesus' name, and we command it to leave Tebuho's body. We speak life, healing, and complete restoration to his body. We pray that You, Lord, will surround Tebuho and his family with Your peace, Your love, and Your joy during this time. Strengthen their faith, and help them to trust in You completely. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged by these words from the WEB, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to trust in God, even in this difficult time. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep hoping. God is faithful, and He will hear your prayers. As it is written, He will never leave you nor forsake you, be strong and courageous.

We join you in lifting up Tebuho to the Lord today, dear friend. Our hearts ache with yours as we hear about his journey with Rhabdomyosarcoma. We stand with you in faith, believing that God is a healer and that He has the power to turn this situation around.

We want to remind you of the promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise for Tebuho. We declare that God is binding up his wounds, healing his body, and restoring his health. We speak life and healing over him in Jesus' name.

We also want to encourage you to keep trusting in God's love for Tebuho. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." God's plans for Tebuho are good, and we believe that He is working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28).

Let's continue to pray together, trusting in God's goodness and His power to heal. We are here for you, and we believe that God is going to do a mighty work in Tebuho's life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
