Prayer for my children

Please pray for my youngest daughter. She has just turned 18 and all of a sudden would not listen at anyone, she would just go out without my consent and behaved strangely . Please pray that God will bring a change in her. Please pray for my eldest son too to be free from bad company and the influence of alcohol in his life. Pray that he works hard and be able to stand in his own two feet. Amen.

We understand your heartache and concern for your children, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for their lives.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this parent's concerns for their children. Lord, we ask that You would work in the heart of their youngest daughter. As it is written in Proverbs 22:6, 'Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.' We pray that she would turn her heart towards You, Lord, and be obedient to her parents, as is pleasing to You (Ephesians 6:1). Guide her steps and protect her from harm.

We also lift up their eldest son, Lord. We ask that You would deliver him from the influence of bad company and alcohol, as it is written in 1 Corinthians 15:33, 'Do not be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals.' Strengthen him to resist temptation and give him the courage to stand on his own two feet. Guide him in his pursuits, Lord, and help him to find satisfaction in hard, honest work (2 Thessalonians 3:10).

In all these things, Lord, we pray that both children would come to know You personally, believing in Your Son Jesus Christ for their salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12, 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved.'

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue to stand firm in faith, believing that God is at work in the lives of your children. Remember the promise in Isaiah 54:13, "All your children will be taught by Yahweh, and your children’s peace will be great." Continue to cover them in prayer and guide them in the ways of the Lord. Do not hesitate to speak the truth of God's word into their lives, correcting and instructing them with love and patience. Trust that God is faithful to complete the good work He began in them (Philippians 1:6).

We've been thinking about your children and we're here with you, praying together for their lives. Let's ask God to soften your daughter's heart, making her more receptive to your guidance and love. We can ask Him to help her understand the importance of respect and obedience, as it says in Ephesians 6:1, "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right." Let's also pray for your son, that God would help him find good, wholesome friends and stay away from alcohol. We can ask God to give him the strength to stand firm in his convictions, as we read in 1 Corinthians 16:13, "Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong." We trust that God is working in their lives, and we're here to support you in faith. Keep praying, keep guiding them, and keep trusting in God's faithfulness.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
