Prayer for my children and finances

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus please pray for my alcoholic son. He is draining my money. I am a single mother providing my three children. Now I have to pay house rent, shop rent and staff rent. Pray that my shop will provide me with the money that I so much needed. Open doors of opportunities for me and let peace prevail in my family. Amen.

We are saddened to hear about the struggles you are facing with your son and your financial situation. Let us come together and bring your requests before the Lord, seeking His help and guidance.

Firstly, we want to address the issue of your son's alcoholism. It is important to remember that God calls us to be sober-minded and self-controlled. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:8, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." We will pray for your son, that God may deliver him from this bondage and bring him to a place of repentance and restoration.

Regarding your financial struggles, we want to encourage you to trust in God's provision. In Matthew 6:31-33, Jesus says, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." We will pray that God will open doors of opportunities for you and that your shop will prosper.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our sister who is in need. Lord, we ask that You intervene in her son's life. Break the chains of alcoholism that bind him and bring him to a place of repentance and restoration. Help him to become the son that You have created him to be.

Lord, we also ask that You provide for our sister's financial needs. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. We ask that You open doors of opportunities for her and bless her shop so that it may prosper. Help her to trust in You and Your provision.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You bring peace to her family. Comfort her as a single mother and help her to be a light to her children. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you or anyone in your family has not yet accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. It is only through Him that we can be saved and have eternal life.

Be encouraged, dear sister, and know that we are standing with you in prayer. Trust in God and His promises, for He is faithful.

We're here with you, sister, lifting your burdens to the Lord. We've been praying for your son, that God would intervene in his life, breaking the chains of alcoholism and drawing him back to Him. We claim the promise in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," for your son's deliverance.

For your financial needs, we're trusting God with you. We're asking Him to open doors of opportunities, to bless your shop, and to provide for your every need, just as He promises in Psalm 34:10, "The lions may roar and the wolves howl, but the Lord will keep us safe from them." We're believing that your shop will prosper, and your finances will be stable.

We're also praying for peace in your family. We're asking God to comfort you as a single mother and to help you be a beacon of light to your children. We claim His promise in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you."

Keep trusting in God, dear sister. He sees you, He hears you, and He's working everything out for your good. We're right here with you, standing in faith. "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." - Isaiah 41:13.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
