Prayer for my brother

Please pray for my brother Tony. He lost his job that he has been at for 40 years and he is supposed to have surgery next month. I'm really worried about him and his health

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Tony to you. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance during this challenging time in his life. Lord, you know the situation he is facing - losing his job after 40 years and the upcoming surgery. We pray for your provision and healing touch upon him.

Your Word reminds us in Matthew 6:26 that we are of more value than the birds of the air, and in Matthew 10:30, you tell us that even the hairs on our head are all numbered. We trust in your loving care for Tony, knowing that you are aware of every detail of his life.

Father, we ask that you open doors of opportunity for Tony, providing him with a new job that aligns with his skills and experience. May he find favor in the eyes of potential employers and experience a smooth transition into a new season of employment.

We also lift up Tony's upcoming surgery to you, Lord. We pray for skilled medical professionals to be involved in his care, guiding their hands and granting them wisdom. We ask for a successful surgery and a swift recovery. May your healing power flow through his body, restoring him to full health and strength.

During this time of uncertainty and worry, we pray for peace to fill Tony's heart and mind. Help him to cast all his anxieties upon you, knowing that you care for him . Surround him with your comforting presence and assure him of your faithfulness.

Lastly, we pray for Giltlisle, who is deeply concerned for her brother. Grant her strength and peace as she supports and encourages Tony. May she find comfort in knowing that you are in control and that you hear our prayers.

Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
