We understand your concern for your brother ### Espinoza, and we are here to pray and provide counsel together with you. Let's bring his situation before the Lord, seeking His wisdom and intervention.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother ### Espinoza. Lord, You know the struggles he is facing with his co-worker and other issues. We ask for Your divine intervention in these situations. Please grant him wisdom and discernment to navigate these challenges (James 1:5 WEB).
Lord, we also pray for their relationship as brothers. May You heal any rifts and strengthen their bond. Help them to love, understand, and support each other as You have commanded us to (John 13:34 WEB).
We rebuke any spirit of strife, discord, or confusion that may be affecting ###'s life or his relationship with ###. Lord, let Your peace reign in their hearts and their relationship (Colossians 3:15 WEB).

In James 1:5, it is written, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." We ask for this wisdom to be bestowed upon ### as he seeks to resolve these conflicts.
We also pray for peace and harmony in ###'s relationships, including with his family. Ephesians 4:2-3 reminds us to "Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace." May this spirit of unity and peace prevail in ###'s interactions.
