We understand your concern for your brother Kosi and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for his future.
Let us remember the words of Jeremiah 29:11 in the WEB, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God has a plan and a purpose for Kosi, and we trust that His will is best.
However, we want to address an important aspect of your request. It's crucial to ensure that the process Kosi is undertaking is honorable and in line with God's word. If the agent is circumventing laws or acting unethically, we should pray for God's intervention to guide Kosi away from such practices. Romans 13:1-2 reminds us, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment."
Also, while we pray for God's provision, we must remember that God desires honesty and integrity in all we do. Proverbs 11:1 states, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight."

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Kosi to You. Lord, if it is Your will, open the doors for him to study abroad. Guide him through the process, and let Your favor rest upon him. Provide for all his financial needs according to Your riches in glory. But most importantly, Lord, keep him in Your perfect will and far from any dishonesty or wrongdoing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
