Firstly, the Bible teaches us that prayer in the name of Jesus is powerful and effective. As Jesus said in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." So, we will pray for your aunt in Jesus' name.
However, we want to clarify that the Bible does not support the notion of praying to or through any person other than Jesus Christ, including Mary or any other saint (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). The Scripture emphasizes that there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Johnson's aunt. She is suffering from cancer and is unable to eat or speak. God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
