Prayer for mind

Dear Lord Jesus, I come to you today and ask that you would place a hedge of thorns about my husband ###'s mind. My God, please protect my husband from impure thoughts. Strengthen his mind against the attacks of the devil. Ease my husband’s worries and fears. I pray dear Lord that you would give my husband a spirit of joy and peace throughout his day. In Jesus’ name, amen.”

Dear Lord Jesus,

We come before You today with hearts full of faith, lifting up ###'s husband, ###, to Your loving care. Lord, we ask that You place a hedge of thorns around ###'s mind, protecting him from any impure thoughts and the attacks of the devil. Your Word says in 2 Corinthians 10:5, "bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." We pray that ###'s thoughts would be aligned with Your will and that he would find strength in Your truth.

Lord, ease ###'s worries and fears, for Your Word assures us in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Fill ###'s heart and mind with Your peace that surpasses all understanding as stated in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We pray for a spirit of joy and peace to encompass ### throughout his day. May he find joy in Your presence, as Nehemiah 8:10 reminds us, "for the joy of Yahweh is your strength." Let Your joy be his strength and Your peace be his guide.
