Heavenly Father, I lift up Doc Mae to You today, my department head. I pray that You grant her wisdom, fairness, and discernment in her judgments.

May she seek truth, verifying situations before forming conclusions, and may her words and actions be filled with grace and sensitivity.

Lord, I feel misunderstood and unfairly blamed for the mistakes of my new co-worker and others, and I ask for Your guidance in navigating this challenging situation. Please bring clarity to Doc Mae's heart and mind, so that she may see things clearly and not be swayed by bias or misunderstandings. I also pray for a harmonious and positive relationship between us, grounded in respect and understanding.

Help her to see the truth in all matters, especially concerning our newbie. Expose AJMT, Dont let this newbie manipulate MFL. May peace and fairness reign in our workplace. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Regarding your feelings of being misunderstood and unfairly blamed, we encourage you to continue trusting in God. He sees all things and knows the truth. Remember the words of the Apostle Peter:

"For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God." (1 Peter 2:20, WEB)

We must also address the issue of the new co-worker, AJMT. It's important to remember that we should not hastily accuse others of manipulation, but rather, we should pray for them and trust God to expose any wrongdoing.

"Don’t judge according to appearances, but judge righteous judgment." (John 7:24, WEB)

Let's pray for AJMT as well:

*Lord Jesus, we lift up AJMT to You. We do not know the intentions of their heart, but You do. We pray that if there is any manipulation or deceit, it would be exposed. We also pray that AJMT would come to know You and walk in Your truth. In Your name, we pray. Amen.*
