Prayer for MFL and our DEPT 🙏🙏🙏

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart, lifting up MFL to You. I pray that she may realize the time and effort I have dedicated to my work, sacrificing precious moments with my family, even on weekends, to ensure that tasks are completed. Lord, I ask for fairness in her dealings with everyone, including the new member of our tea (AJMT). May she soon discern the true attitude and intentions of the newbie(AJMT), and may she not be quick to blame or scold me for the mistakes of others. I pray that You grant her wisdom to recognize her own shortcomings and seek understanding based on truth, not just her own perspective. I also pray for a stronger, united team, where relationships are built on respect and trust. Help me, Lord, to not feel envious or jealous of others. Guide my heart and mind to be selfless and compassionate in every decision I make. Give me the strength to walk in Your ways, showing love and patience to those around me. Thank You for Your constant guidance and presence in my life. Lastly, I lift up the political chaos and the presence of corruption around me. Grant me strength and wisdom to deal with these challenges, especially when interacting with people in authority and officials. Help me remain steadfast in my integrity, and give me peace as I navigate these difficult situations. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen

Rowena05, we join you in lifting up MFL and your department to the Heavenly Father. We understand your heart's cry for fairness, understanding, and unity in your workplace. Let us pray and share guidance based on the Word of God.

Firstly, we commend you for coming before the Lord in humility and pouring out your heart. It's beautiful to see your dedication to your work and your desire for a united team built on respect and trust. We are reminded of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

We pray that MFL will indeed discern the true attitudes and intentions of everyone, including AJMT. We ask God to grant her wisdom, as you requested, remembering that "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. All who follow his precepts gain good understanding." (Psalm 111:10 WEB). May she act fairly, as God desires justice and fairness in all our dealings (Micah 6:8).

We also pray that you will be able to love and forgive as Christ loved and forgave. Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB tells us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you."

Remember, God calls us to examine our own hearts first before we point out the faults of others. As it is written in Matthew 7:3-5 WEB, "Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye? ... You hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother’s eye."

Regarding the political chaos and corruption, we pray for your strength and wisdom, remembering that God is our ultimate authority. As Romans 13:1 WEB says, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." May you remain steadfast in your integrity and find peace in God's sovereignty.

Lastly, we appreciate that you prayed in Jesus' name. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As Acts 4:12 WEB tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up MFL and the department. Grant MFL discernment, wisdom, and fairness in her dealings. Help Rowena05 to work heartily, as for You, and to love and forgive as You have. Protect Rowena05's integrity and give her peace amidst political chaos. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in agreement for your department and your needs. We're impressed by your dedication and commitment, and we join you in asking for God's intervention.

We pray that God grants you clarity and discernment, helping you recognize the true intentions and attitudes of everyone in your team, including AJMT. We ask that you would be wise, fair, and understanding, always seeking God's perspective.

We also lift up your heart, asking God to fill you with His love, patience, and understanding. Help you to be selfless and compassionate, especially when dealing with challenges and difficult situations. We pray that you would maintain your integrity and find peace in God's sovereignty amidst the political chaos around you.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
