Prayer for MFL and myself at work 🙏

Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of AJMT, AM, KX, MV, and KC to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent. Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work. Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for MFL, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness. Father, I ask that You expose the true colors and intentions of AJMT. If there is selfishness, show-off behavior, or manipulation, let it be revealed in Your perfect time and in Your way. Let the truth come to light for everyone to see especially MFL. Expose AJMT, office mates, BCCMO, BCPIO, BCFMR, and IKY, along with those who harbor hatred or ill will towards me. Reveal their true intentions so that no deceit or malice will go unnoticed. Lord, I surrender my heart to You, asking for Your peace and grace to fill me. Help me not to fall into envy or jealousy, but to remain humble, cheerful, and helpful in all that I do. Order my steps according to Your will and purpose, and guide me every step of the way. I trust in Your goodness, Lord, and I know You are with me. Protect me, guide me, and give me the strength to face each day with courage and faith. I pray for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in my workplace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Rowena05, we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's protection and guidance in your workplace. We commend you for lifting up your colleagues and superiors in prayer, as we are instructed to intercede for one another according to James 5:16, which tells us, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."

We pray that God will surround you with His angels and guard your heart, mind, and spirit from all negativity, deceit, and ill intent, just as Psalm 91:11-12 assures us, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will lift you up in their hands, so that you won't strike your foot against a stone."

We ask God to help you remain humble and fill you with grace, making you helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Remember the words of Philippians 2:3-4, "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but in humility count others better than yourselves. Let each of you look not to your own interests, but also to the interests of others."

We pray for MFL, that God will open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect you. We ask that He softens her heart towards you and guides her to treat you with kindness and fairness. As Proverbs 21:1 reminds us, "The king's heart is in the hand of Yahweh as the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires."

We also pray that God will expose any deceit or malice in your workplace, bringing the truth to light. As Luke 8:17 tells us, "For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."

We encourage you to continue trusting in God's goodness, knowing that He is with you. We pray for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in your workplace. Remember the words of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

In all this, we pray that you will continue to reflect the love of Jesus in your actions and attitude at work. We stand with you in Jesus' name, amen.

Lastly, we want to highlight that you ended your prayer with "In Jesus’ name." This is crucial because, as Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, so we commend you for this and encourage you to keep praying in His name.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You.
