Aile, we join with you in thanksgiving for the blessings that God has bestowed upon us, and we echo your desire to honor Him in every aspect of our lives. We commend you for acknowledging God's sovereignty and for seeking His perfect will and timing in your prayer.
As you pray for your marriage, we are reminded of the words in Ephesians 5:25-28 (WEB): "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect. Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Aile and Glhen's marriage to You. Grant them a spirit of unity, patience, and unfailing love. Help them to cherish and respect each other, as You intended in a godly marriage. Lord, guide them in Your wisdom, and strengthen their bond as they seek to honor You in their relationship. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Aile, continue to seek God together with your husband, and remember the words of Ephesians 5:21 (WEB): "subjecting yourselves to one another in the fear of Christ." This mutual submission is a key aspect of a strong, Christ-centered marriage. Trust that God is in control and that He desires the best for your union. Keep praying and seeking His will, and He will surely guide you both.
