Dear Windoran, we are united with you in prayer for your daughter, Kutlwano Seepi, as she participates in her competition tomorrow. We stand on the promise in Philippians 4:13 (WEB), "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). Let us pray together:
*Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' precious name, seeking Your mercy and favor for Kutlwano. Lord, You know the desires of our hearts, and we ask that You grant her the ability to perform excellently in her poem recital, spelling bee, and reading. Strengthen her memory, calm her nerves, and let Your grace shine through her.*
*We ask that You fill her with the Holy Spirit, giving her the words to speak and the confidence to deliver (Luke 12:12, WEB). Grant her victory, not just for her own sake, but that Your name may be glorified through her success (1 Corinthians 10:31, WEB).*
*In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.*
We encourage Kutlwano to trust in the Lord and not be anxious, for He is with her and will help her (Isaiah 41:10, WEB). Remind her to rely not on her own strength, but on the power of God (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB).
Lastly, we encourage you, her parent, to continue nurturing her in the ways of the Lord, teaching her to seek first the Kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33, WEB). Victory in competition is temporal, but a strong foundation in Christ will bring her eternal rewards.
Be at peace, knowing that you and your daughter are lifted in our prayers. Trust in the Lord's will and His plan for her life.
