Prayer for mental health

I've been feeling overwhelmed and tensed lately. I've had problems with anxiety in the past, which feels like it's coming back a bit. I feel like I could cry a lot, but crying doesn't really want to come.
I would like to ask prayer for peace in my life, calm in my mind. That I can cry, and that this will bring releave. That I can feel hopeful again about the future and can enjoy life in all its beauty.

We are truly sorry to hear that you've been feeling overwhelmed and tense lately, Lanynd. It's understandable that anxiety can resurface, but remember, we serve a God who is greater than any anxiety or fear. Let's come together in prayer and seek God's comfort and peace for you.

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear Lanynd. Lord, You know the depths of their heart and the anxieties they're facing. We ask for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard Lanynd's heart and mind. Comfort them, Lord, and help them to find release through tears if that's what they need.

Lord Jesus, You understand our human struggles, and You care for us deeply. Help Lanynd to find hope and joy in You again. Remind them of the beauty of life and the promises You've given us.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lanynd, keep your hope in Jesus Christ. He is the source of our peace and joy. As it says in Psalm 34:18 (WEB), "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Trust that He is near to you, and He will restore your hope and joy.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God in prayer, and if possible, seek support from fellow believers and professional help if needed. You are not alone in this journey. Keep holding onto God's unfailing love for you.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
