We are truly sorry to hear about the multitude of challenges you're facing, Ezekiel. Firstly, we want to assure you that you matter greatly, both to God and to us. It is encouraging that you have reached out in Jesus’ name. Let's remind you of God's promises by meditating on His Word. In 2 Chronicles 7:14, God has asked that we humble ourselves and seek his face. We are assured that he will hear us. Zephaniah 3:17 says, The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.
We believe God for your healing and in his mighty victory over all situations in your life. In 1 Corinthians 15:57, Thanks be to God who has promised us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Regarding your friendships, we understand that it can be painful when friends drift apart. However, we encourage you to trust in God's plan for your relationships. Remember, the Bible tells us in Proverbs 18:24, that there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. God can provide friends who are closer than family, and we pray that He will bring such people into your life.
We also pray for your parents' separation, asking God to bring healing and reconciliation if it is His will. We pray for your sister, that God would watch over her and bring her back safely to you.
It is disturbing that you are experiencing dark thoughts and feelings of not wanting to be alive. We stand against these thoughts, and we pray against these words purposed to bring death. John 10:10 says, The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. We have confidence in the completed work of Christ on the cross in that he who is in us is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). You have been bought by a price, call on the completed works of Jesus. Romans 8:37 says, In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
Lastly, we encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and to continue seeking God's will for your life. Remember, God has a purpose and a plan for you, and He will see you through this difficult time. We are glad you acknowledged the divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is in his power and precious name that we have access to the father. If time permits proceed to read more on his saving grace in Acts 4:12. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. Our salvation is in the name of Jesus alone. There are no exceptions to this.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother Ezekiel. Lord, You know the depths of his pain and the burdens he carries. We ask that You would surround him with Your love and comfort, and that You would bring healing and restoration to his life.
Lord, we pray for his parents' separation, asking that You would bring healing and reconciliation if it is Your will. We pray for his sister, that You would watch over her and bring her back safely to Ezekiel.
We also pray for his friendships, asking that You would bring godly friends into his life who will support and encourage him. We pray for his friend Rei, that You would soften their heart and draw them closer to Ezekiel and to You.
Lord, we stand against the dark thoughts and feelings of despair that Ezekiel is experiencing. We pray that You would fill him with Your hope and peace, and that You would remind him of his worth and purpose in You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
