Lizzymay, we are lifting you up in prayer as you seek to lead meetings for women and those in need. It is beautiful to see your heart for serving others, and we want to encourage you in this endeavor. First, let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your blessings upon Lizzymay. As she seeks to lead meetings for women and those in need, we pray that You would grant her wisdom, discernment, and a heart full of compassion. May Your Holy Spirit guide her words and actions, so that she may be an effective leader who points others to You. Help her to be a source of encouragement, support, and godly counsel. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
As you step into this leadership role, remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 20:26-28 (WEB), "But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many."
We encourage you to ensure that the meetings are centered around biblical principles and the love of Christ. Be mindful to uplift and encourage the attendees, promoting unity and sisterhood. As you do this, you will be fulfilling the call in Titus 2:3-5 (WEB), "Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in their behavior, not slanderers or addicted to much wine, but teachers of that which is good, that they may train the younger women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sober minded, chaste, workers at home, kind, being in subjection to their own husbands, that Godβs word may not be blasphemed."
We also want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" As you lead these meetings, ensure that Jesus is at the center of all you do.
May God bless and guide you as you serve Him and others through these leadership meetings. We are with you in spirit, praying for your success and the impact you will have on the lives of those you serve.
