Lizzymay, we are here to lift you up in prayer and encourage you in your journey to regain your self-esteem. Let us first remember what the Word of God says in Psalm 34:18 WEB, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
God is near to you, dear sister, and He cares deeply about your feelings of worth and value. True self-esteem comes from understanding who you are in Christ. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), created in God's image (Genesis 1:27), and chosen by Him (Ephesians 1:4).
Let us pray together:
*Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Lizzymay. Lord, she feels broken and her spirit is crushed. We ask that You would be near to her, as You promise in Your Word. Help her to see herself as You see her—as Your beloved child, precious and valuable. Restore her self-esteem, not based on worldly standards, but on the truth of who she is in You. Give her strength to overcome any negative thoughts or feelings of worthlessness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
Remember, Lizzymay, it is only in Jesus Christ that we find our true identity and worth. If you haven't already, confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of our faith and the source of our value.
Be encouraged by Philippians 4:13 WEB, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." With God's strength, you can overcome low self-esteem and live in the confidence of who you are in Christ. Stay strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. We are here with you in prayer and encouragement.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
