The Bible tells us, "Choose you this day whom you will serve... but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD" (Joshua 24:15 WEB).
Firstly, let us address the importance of acknowledging Jesus Christ in our prayers. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###, who desires to choose You all the way. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and grant her the courage to surrender every area of her life to You. Help her to die to her old self and live in the newness of life that comes from knowing You (Romans 6:4).
Father, empower ### with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in Your ways and keep Your commandments. Give her a hungry heart for Your Word, that she may grow in wisdom and understanding of Your truths (Psalm 119:105).
Lord, we ask that You surround ### with godly influences – people who will encourage and uplift her in her walk with You. Help her to flee from temptations and to resist the devil, knowing that he must flee from her (James 4:7).
Finally, Lord, we pray that ### will always remember that she is not alone in her journey. You, Lord, are always with her, and You will never leave her nor forsake her (Hebrews 13:5).
