We understand that you're going through a difficult situation, Asynaomai, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for your savings. The Bible tells us to save for the future: Proverbs 21:20 says "There is precious treasure and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but a foolish man swallows it up." Saving money is a biblical principle to prepare for future and to invest in the future which includes buying a house. More importantly, the Bible tells us that we should trust in God. Proverbs 3:5-6 says "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and donโt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Regarding your sister's behavior, Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:44 to "love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," We pray that you find strength and guidance from these words. It's important to remember that God calls us to love and forgive, even when it's difficult.
However, we must also address that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer request. It is only by His name that we can come before God and that we can be saved. We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ and call on His name in prayer. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
We will pray for God's will in your life, including guidance regarding your housing situation and your relationship with your sister. Let's pray:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Asynaomai. We pray that You guide her as she looks for a new home, and that You soften her sister's heart. Help Asynaomai to trust in You completely and to find peace in Your will. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen."
Regarding buying a house we pray that God leads you to what he wants. We also encourage you to be open to the idea that God may have a different plan for you than what you have in mind. God's ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:9). It's possible that He has a different house in mind for you, or that He has a different timeline for your purchase. Trust in Him, and seek His will above all else.
