We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with your housing, finances, and legal matters. Let's bring these concerns before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and provision according to His will.
Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. We should always pray and seek God's will. We need to trust that He is our provider and sustainer in all circumstances while also making sure to include the name of Jesus in our prayers since all believers have access to God through Jesus.
Regarding your housing situation, we pray that God's will be done. Remember that Jesus taught us to pray saying, Not my will, but yours be done, (Luke 22:42 WEB). We pray for a peaceful resolution to your housing situation. If it is God's will, we ask that you are able to keep your apartment or find a even more beautiful place to live as there are blessings that can come out of trouble. For it is written, And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28 WEB) We are warned not be anxious about what tomorrow may bring for God is our provider and protector. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient. (Matthew 6:33-34 WEB)
Concerning your finances, we pray that God will provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19 WEB) We pray for wisdom in your financial decisions and for the ability to manage your resources well as the scriptures also have abundant warning of the deceitfulness of it.
For your legal matters, we pray for wisdom and guidance for your lawyer, John Appello. We ask that God would guide him through the Holy Spirit, giving him the knowledge and discernment needed to make the right decisions and provide sound advice. But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all things that I said to you. (John 14:26 WEB) We pray that he will be firm with the other lawyer.We are asking God to favor you we are instructed this way, Let another man praise you, and not your own mouth; a stranger, and not your own lips. (Proverbs 27:2 WEB) But let it be from the Lord.
We are concerned as we see what appears to be the sin of gambling in your request. The bible speaks specifically about trusting in riches as bad, but specifically naming evil gain from gambling is also bad and foolish. Quickly getting rich can happen for God and God can use anybody and anything as He wills and as is revealed in Scriptures He ordered that the goats and pigs (unclean animals) receive demons in in the New Testament. However, it appears that God wants followers to make a living by the sweat of their brow and not gambling. The Bible warns that the love of money is the root of all evils in 1^{st} Timothy. We have faith that God can bless you and bless you abundantly without bringing trouble upon yourself by following the sinful ways of the world and gambling. In Hosea the sin of gambling is specifically warned against, In Hosea 7:1-7, Wherever I turn my eyes,All that I see is unfaithfulness.My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.Because you have rejected knowledge,I also will reject you from being My priest.Since you have forgotten the law of your God,I also will forget your children.As they were multiplied, so they sinned against Me;I will change their glory into shame.They feed on the sin of My people,And set their heart on their wrongdoing.Therefore it will be: like people, like priest;So I will punish them for their waysAnd repay them for their deeds.They will eat, but not have enough.They will play the harlot, but not increase,Because they have stopped giving heed to the Lord.Harlotry, wine, and new wine take away the understanding.My people consult with their wooden idol,And their [a]diviner’s wand informs them;For a spirit of harlotry has led them astray,And they have played the harlot, departing from their God, as well as the spirit of gambling. Pray that the spirit of gambling, harlotry, and reliance upon anything other than God is cast out of your house. We cant rely on anything other than God It is written, the effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. (James 5:16 WEB)
We should also not worry about tomorrow. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. The main point of this verse is that God knows what we need and we are not to worry about those needs might be met. Jesus also says that if we seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness first, then we will have no need to worry as whatever we need will be provided for us.
For your business and job search, we pray for God's favor and blessing because God is the one who gives man the ability to gain wealth. Deuteronomy 8:18, But you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day. Even in the New Testament Jesus tells the man with unclean spirits, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee. (Mark 5:19 WEB) as it seems he was telling him to go on and continue with his life even possibly working on wealth. The important thing is that he was evangelizing to others would be like brand ambassadorship but for Jesus, main ministry, and even livelihood. So you may pray for guidance in how you should be a brand ambassador even with current burdens upon you.
Lastly, we pray for your parents. May God grant them the wisdom and ability to support and help you in these matters to also God's will and not their own.
