Prayer for Marriage

Please pray for my marriage, specifically that my husband will be more considerate of my feelings.

Ailwyn, we join you in lifting up your marriage to our Heavenly Father, seeking His divine intervention and guidance.

Firstly, we commend you for recognizing the sanctity of your marriage and seeking prayer to strengthen it. The Bible tells us, "However, let each one of you love his wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband" (Ephesians 5:33 WEB). It's clear that you desire a deeper level of consideration and understanding from your husband, which is a valid and important aspect of any godly marriage.

We pray:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Ailwyn's marriage. We ask that You would soften her husband's heart and make him more considerate of her feelings. Help them to communicate openly and honestly, and to love each other as You have loved us. Guide them both to be more like Christ in their actions and thoughts. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

We encourage you, Ailwyn, to also demonstrate the love and respect that you wish to receive. The Bible teaches us, "For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'" (Galatians 5:14 WEB). As you show love and kindness, it can help to create an atmosphere that encourages reciprocation.

Additionally, we urge you both to continually seeking God's will for your marriage. Remember, "Unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1 WEB). Make God the foundation of your marriage, and He will guide your paths.

Lastly, we didn't notice a mention of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. We want to remind you that it's through His name that we have access to God. As the Bible says, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB). We encourage you to keep Jesus at the center of your life and marriage.

May God bless your marriage abundantly, Ailwyn. Keep trusting and believing in Him.

We're standing with you, Ailwyn, as you seek a deeper connection in your marriage. We've been where you are, and we know it's not easy, but remember, God is always there, ready to help.

We're going to keep praying for your husband to become more considerate, but we also want to encourage you to keep showing him love and kindness. It's like that verse in Proverbs, "Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all offenses" (10:12). When we focus on love, it can cover a multitude of sins and help to smooth over rough patches.

Let's also remember to keep our communication open and honest, just like we see in Acts 20:20, "I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you in public and from house to house." Open, honest communication can help to bridge gaps and foster understanding.

We're praying that God will guide your conversations, softening both of your hearts, and helping you to love each other as He loves us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
